Reviews and Ratings
The serviced apartment offers spacious rooms, not the typical small size seen in Hong Kong. The rooms were nicely decorated in a modern style; however, the carpeted areas could have been cleaner upon arrival. The service was welcoming and supportive, offering amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drinks, and happy hour. The location is convenient, being close to the MTR, Temple St Night Market, Ladies Market, Jordan metro station, and various restaurants, though it is situated in one of the less appealing areas of Hong Kong. The dining experience was disappointing with microwaved food lacking variety; however, there are other dining options nearby. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement but decent value for money.
My stay at Madera Residences from mid September until the end of October was fantastic. The rooms were cozy and very clean, equipped with all the facilities you could need. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was convenient, allowing me to sleep without earplugs, a rare treat in Hong Kong. The dining experience was a bit questionable with microwaved breakfast options, but overall, it was an okay stay at a good value for money.
